When in Doubt, Clear to Zero

You will have days that you can’t create. Take care of yourself; you will likely be more creative.

Start by clearing to zero when you are tired or sick but still want to do something. 

Clear up your space, either by physically cleaning or purging your notes.

Do “light lifting tasks” that will keep you moving forward.

Remember, it is all about the journey.

Set your future self up for success.

Create, don’t consume.

Be intentional.

Focus.
